◇花粉症について
what is hayfever caused by?→plant pollen/cidar pollen,

・when hayfever is very severe/serious, i take a medicine for hayfever.
・i always carry some Kleenex and medicines for heyfever.
・i'd like to know that hay fever is japanese only allergy or not.

・do you want to scratch your eyes? →when you want to scratch your eyes, you have itchy eyes
・do you have water coming from your nose?
・i've heard from some colleagues of gava, they told me that before they came to japan, they didn't have hay fever.
・so after they moved to japan, they develop hay-fever. and maybe their body had special-reaction to special pollen in japan.
・so there is a chance that when you go to U.S, you wont suffer from hay-fever.

・i guess the possibility of suffering from hayfever in Japan is higher than in North America.

・i cannot promise you.
・i've heard that in north america, the medicien for hayfever is stronger.
・maybe it'll be relieved of the symptoms.
・Reactin…famous blandname

・if the sypmtom of hayfever continue in U.S, i'll try to go to pharmacy.
・i'm anxious that it's very hard for me to find pharmacy around my living area.

・even if you cannot find pharamcy in your living area, you can still go to gas-station.
・you can also purchase allergy medicine from there.
・actually i think there are many places which you can purchase medition in north america.

・i haven't visited pharmacy in United States. so if i have the chance, i'll try to check the bland. thank you for information.
・we learn something intereting today.

◇海外出張について
・if you move to north america to work, when will you move?
・will it be sometimes next years?
・you will be moving in this year.
・wow! it's very short notice
・the offer didn't go through

・is there anything specific that you'd like to talk about?

・i'd like to talk about living abroad on a long time.
・we had some progress in the situation. / we could make progress a little in this week.
・i requested to my boss that i'd like you to assign someone who is in charge of this big business.

・after that my boss assigned the person who is a personnel stuff.
・i'm trying to write an english resume to get working-visa.
・i'm going to write the resume and submit it to the stuff in the overseas branch.
・i'd like to know the work in United States.
・i have a lot of things to do ASAP.
・we cannot settle the schedle in detail.
・i'm discussing with my boss when i should move to U.S and declare this personnel transfer to members in my project.
・to tell the truth, it was last July when my boss offered the plan to me for the first time.
・so i've been thinking that i may be going to U.S in the near future. at the same time, i've been waiting for coming off the plan for a long time.
・it was hard to think both of them. but the offer is one of my motivation to learn english now.
・however, my boss suddenly offered the plan last month again.
・the high score of TOEIC might made my boss change his mind.

◇自動車運転
・the direction(?) of road and car wheel are opposite

・i really don't think that you need to worry about that.
・even only it take you a litle bit time to adjust, but it certainly, it won't take you long time.
・cuz, in canada, my dad drives a car. when he goes to hong-kong, he uess an international license to drive a car as well.
・in hong-kong, the street direcsion(?) is same as japan. right-side, when he goes to hong-kong, it takes him 1 or 2 hours to use it.
・what i mean is that an fifty years man can adjust in few hours, i'm sure you'll adjust very fast.
・but i've heard that in north america, to get license is very cheap and very easy.
・when i talk to many people about getting licence in japan, i was surprised to hear that. cuz the fee is so expensive.
・but in Canada, i actually cannot guarantee that it is the same in the U.S.
・i'm not very clear on international licence, but i know that at least for us we don't need to go to driving school.
・you can choose the driving school. and all you need to do is to take a low test to test the driving ability.
・they grew up farm in a farm. the family already let them use their car. they didn't need to go to driving school.
・actually i think that in north america, it's easy to drive a car. because the road is very wide.
・regarding to my apartment in U.S, my company will contribute for me. at the same time, i won't be able to choose.
・when you go to a foreign countrie to live, it is very good to have all of these things decided and to provided to you.
・cuz many times, you don't know what it's considered the best in the contry. and to save you from a lot of hard decisions and problematic situations...?.

・in another case, i'm woried about the term when i cannot drive cars. becuase during the term, i don't have license. so i can't drive cars.
・i must use other transportations. but i guess american transportation aren't more reliable than japan.
・that's too bad!
・in japan, if transportations delayed only 5 minutes, japnaese people tend to get angry. i'm a typical japanese.
・so i must change my mind and i'll have to get accustomed to the unbelievable system.
・i guess i will encounter a lot of troubles in america. i'll have to resolve the troubles again and again.
・but i believe that the experiences make me stronger or make me more knowledgable.

・i'm considering the consequence of this plan.
・for example, if i accept the offer, my english will improve very much.
・additionally, if i don't go U.S, i'll be kicking myself later.
・on the contrary, i might have to suffer from various things for a while.
・but i think the positives overweigh the negatives so far. so i decided to go to north america.

◇仕事の引継ぎや英文履歴書について
・as i mentioned in this lesson, i'll go to america. therefore, i'll have to take over my tasks to someone fairly soon.
・i'm considring when i should announce to the members of my current project. i think timing is very delicate.
・so i have to work if it were nothing(like always) so far. -> wow. that's very difficult.
・whenever my members ask me various things, i have to work with mixed feelings.
・as the offer is very short notice, i'm not ready for move yet.
・no. it isn't difficult. the personnel stuff said that unless you had criminal record, you'll be able to get the visa in 3 weeks.
・i'll leave japan on March 18th. and i'll come back to japan on Marth 29th.
・this month is very busy. additionally, i have many things to deal with. as i said, for example, about work, move, english-resume, takeover
・although i'm looking for the adequate template, i can't find it.

・my university is also a career center. this is from career center. here is some sample resumes.
・if you go back on the left, there are many things you can choose from. if you click back to resume, there are some techs they have.
・that has some information regarding resume on the internet. so let me see, i can find something for you.
・but my university website has changed a lot. so if i can't find it now, i'll try to find it later and try to e-mail to you.
・what's the difference between japanese resumen and english resume?
・if you have experiences of publication, i should describe about it too.
・i think this is very useful. if you have any questions, please ask me next time.

◇次のレッスンについて
・if we have a meeting next week. you're available any time?
・do you mind if i e-mail you later about the time? i'll e-mail later in the week.

・yeah. i'm sorry i mind a little bit. cuz if your e-mail is too short notice, it's hard to make other plans for next weekend.
・so i'd be grateful if you give an e-mail as soon as you can.
